'Objects in mirror are closer than they appear' is a photobook
exploring the conflict between fiction and reality
with 35mm photographs of Mexico.

Photobook project that tries to reflect the conflict between reality and fiction with photographs from Mexico.

Mexico is par excellence a country where things are not what they seem. You can breathe this dichotomy between dream and reality, a reality that never becomes true. At the foot of the street there is an inner struggle between what we want to be and what we appear, between our desires and what we let glimpse, between what could be and what we are today, because tomorrow we will be others.
